DirectAccess DSL Lite Internet Service is a best efforts service, providing speeds up to 512Kbps downstream (from the DirectUs facility to the customer location) and 256 Kbps upstream (from the customer location to the DirectUs facility).

The actual speed experienced by customers may vary and depends on several factors including customer location, destination on the Internet and traffic on the Internet. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.

A DSL modem or residential gateway is required for DirectAccess DSL Internet Service.

The Free Modem and Free Activation after Rebate offers require a twelve-month commitment. Early termination fees will apply.

Monthly Charges

1. DirectAccess DSL Customers

DirectAccess DSLInternet Service is $49.95 per month.

DirectAccess DSL Lite is $39.95 per month.

This amount includes the use of all regular DirectUs Internet Service features and support. Monthly charges are subject to change.

2. Home Network Gateway Customers (Multi-User)
DirectAccess DSLInternet Service for multi-user customers who purchase home networking equipment from DirectUs is only $10.00 per month in addition to your standard monthly Internet access charge. Monthly charges are subject to change.

3. DirectAccess DSL Features
These additional features are sold separately in addition to DirectAccess Service.

4. Static IP is $14.95 per month.

Billing

Unless otherwise specified in any applicable promotion, upon registration or selection of the DirectAccess DSL Internet Service pricing plan, you will be billed in full for the applicable installation and service activation charges.
